To help us process your order faster, please use the guidelines below prior to submitting artwork.

DOs
• Corel X3 or earlier; Adobe CS2 files or earlier
• Accepted file formats - EPS, AI, CDR, PSD, TIFF, BMP, PDF
• Convert all fonts to curves / outlines.
• Use CMYK colours.
• Include all linked files.
• State what the artwork has been scaled to eg; 20% of size required.
• When using bitmapped images, save no less than 150 DPI
• Where bleed is required, allow 5-10mm on all edges.

DONTs
• DO NOT send us any Microsoft files such as Word, Publisher or Powerpoint.
• DO NOT supply low resolution image files due to poor reproduction quality.

If a scan is required, we can arrange this and have a transparency made to achieve the highest image resolution possible.
Any artwork not ready for print that requires changes etc will attract a fee which you will be notified prior to making the changes.
Artwork upto 100mb can now be submitted via our online software JobTracker.
